When I was a scrappy five-year-old, my wonderful Pop-Pop came into my life. Sharing the same sharp humor, we were instant buds. Always exchanging inside jokes, Pop-Pop was openly affectionate and gave everyone a nickname. I was a tough tomboy back then, but he saw to the heart and lovingly called me his "Little Tulip". Having never reached five feet, Pop-Pop’s nickname stayed with me. Floral design found me when I was a wide-eyed-eager-to-explore sixteen-year-old working as a cashier at a grocery store. It was a busy Mother’s Day weekend and I volunteered to cover a shift in the floral department, not realizing it would act as the catalyst for an undiscovered talent. Fate smiled and I unexpectedly stumbled into the role of Floral Manager months later. Authenticity and passion shone through in my work, and in a few short years, this high school kid transformed a floral department into a fully functioning floristry. I was of service to others, in alignment, and growing each day. That deep sense of fulfillment fueled the desire to have my own studio someday. And name it, The Little Tulip. What started as a teenage dream has manifested into a heartfelt business built on connection, creativity, and community. Over the past twenty years I’ve kept my hand and heart in the floral space, having the honor of designing for weddings, special events, and home entertaining. Contributing in such a personal and meaningful way has ripples. Pieces of your soul woven into the lives, moments, and memories of others. It's something I cherish. Our name holds significance and emotion—the very things we strive to provide with every experience. Of course! Please let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What forms of payments do you accept ?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments, and Afterpay at our online checkout. For in-store or phone orders, we take cards, House Accounts, cash, and checks.
What happens if the recipient isn't home to accept a delivery?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.
Can I include personalized message with my order?
Of course! You can add a personal message during checkout, and we will include it with your floral gift.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Not at the moment, but we're hoping to soon.
How much does flower delivery cost?
Delivery fees vary depending on the location and distance. At checkout, you’ll see the exact cost for your area.
Do you deliver to hospitals, offices or event venues?
Yes, within our delivery service area. Please provide the full address and any delivery notes during checkout.
How can I extend the life of my florals?
Trim the stems every few days, ensure blooms are in fresh water free of leaves and debris, and keep in a cool spot away from direct sunlight or air vents.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely, we'd be delighted to create something personal together. You can choose to purchase a custom design via the "Custom Designs" tab on the website or reach out for a personal consultation. We'd love to learn more about your preferences, the occasion, and the recipient.
Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Columbus?
We do not offer same-day delivery, but we do offer next-day delivery.
